- Frame & cover are made of extruded aluminium profile
- Easy to lift with threaded lifting keys
- Suitable for tiles

- The cover is odour resistant under normal atmospheric conditions
- Cover is screw tight
- The cover has a double high-grade EPDM seal & there is a T Rubber seal on the side of the frame making this triple sealed
- The bottom Plate is made of a 3mm galvanized steel plate
